The morphology of this area causes a climate mild in winter and pleasingly warm in summer.

The seafront of Finale Ligure consists of ca. 4 km of sandy beaches, you may enjoy the organized beach with all common bathing facilities, but there is also public (free) beach.

The beautiful nature and the climate of the district allows doing all kinds of outdoor sports related to the sea and the "Hinterland". Enjoy the magnificent panorama of mountains and plateaus, and you can go having a bath in the most beautiful bays of the coast.

Location:

Quiet, at the foot of the hill with panoramic views, located east of the town in the district of Finalpia, about 900m from the old town of Finale, 250m from shops, 80m, 5 min. walk from the sea.

Equipment:
three terraces for sun-bathing and having meals outside

Accommodation:
Appts. over 2 floors with external staircase, functional apartments, Wi-Fi, TV.

Sojourn:
In high season(June/July/Aug.):min. 7 nights, saturday-saturday.

The holiday homes are available on day of arrival from ca. 12:00 h on and must be left by ca. 10:00 on day of partenza. It is always possible to leave the luggage here with us in a save place and spend also the last day at the beach.
